Racism is one of the critical social issues in any society around the globe. It is defined as the discrimination, prejudice or antagonist behaviour towards any individual, group, or community-based on their race, colour, traits, characteristics or ethnicity. Many people encounter racism in their daily lives, abused, bullied and sometimes the situation becomes life-threatening or fatal. To overcome this issue, many legislations around the world have their laws against racism. If I talk about Australia, the Federal and state government have anti-discrimination laws against any individual or group or community. In anti-discrimination, the Racial Discrimination law, Act 1975 is one of the elements in the anti-discrimination. Moreover, many campaigns and protest against racism have been run across the world but people come and go but it was always worthless to get any results in favour of these campaigns. According to the Australian Racial Discrimination law, Act 1975, In most cases, it is unlawful for a person to perform an act or activity based on a racial, religious, or cultural preference or distinction. This type of discrimination or exclusion has the purpose or effect of violating a person's fundamental freedom to exercise and enjoy public life.

Right for the Employment
